Large Granular Lymphocyte Leukemia Member Introductions

Hello, I have good news, over two years ago I started using olive leaf extract with great results. I seen my doctor three months later, he said I was the most benign lgl patient he had ever seen. I believe it is a fungus in the body that is the root cause of lgl. I have had this disorder for sixteen years and suffered with profound fatigue, exhaustion, nausea, and weight loss. In the Bible it said “the fruit is for food and the leaves are for healing.” I believe it speaks of this herb because this tree is native to the biblical lands and used for medicine. Olive leaf extract has been found to knock out many viruses. Olive leaf is an anti fungal. Search the web on this wonderful God given herb. This is what I take each day. 1500mg olive leaf extract and if I get a virus I will take more. also I take a multi-vitamin, and 3000mg of vitamin C buffered time released and CoQ10 100-200 mg. The C and CoQ10 helps repair your cells, research it. I hope and pray this message will help many people suffering with this disorder. I now live a wonderful life and do all the things I did before and I never received any treatment from a doctor. Live life healthy, get plenty of sunshine and may the good Lord Bless you all, Longbow.

Longbow: Thanks for sharing your success. I am ordering Olive Leaf
Extract today. I have had LGL for six years and yo yo"d with
neutrophil count from 40 to over 2500.
I won’t go into any details but have tried many things as well as
chemo. Not much in long term successes but am presently in pretty good
shape taking Vit. D and ashwaganda.

Who knows? I do know there is something out there and appreciate you
sharing your experience.

Hellow Longbow. Thankyou for the post. I was diagnosed with LGLL in Jan
of 2007. So far no treatments are required except for antibiotics
because of tooth infections.
Can you please tell me a good source to buy Olive Leaf Extract. Also did
you start taking the CoQ10 at the same time as the olive leaf or did
this come later?

Thankyou

Introductions

Hello, To the lgl patients that would like more imformation on olive leaf extract. I get mine from swanson heath products, they are on the web or call at 1-800-437-4148. the 500 mg capsules with 75 mg of oleuropein or more. do not take olive leaf with antibiotics because it will wipe out the antibiotic. the vitamin c is important, I presently take 3000 mg daily but when I was sick I took as much as 10,000 in a day for three months. the CoQ10 works with the vitamin c so it is important also. I found that exercise like running or biking improve my health. Get plenty of sleep or you will not feel better. take a good multiple vitamin and eat healthy, lots of green leaf vegetables, learn about eating cancer fighting foods. use green tea, I like it hot with a little honey. Stay away from sugar, msg, and diet stuff. Give it all you have, that is what it takes. God Bless, Longbow
