I have been doinf fertility treatments for 4 years now. I am only 25 and have been diagnosed as unexplained. The fertility clinic reccomended to be by my gyn. was not successful. over 3 yrs I had about 7 or 8 AI. I found another clinic and I LOVE them!!! At my conciltation the dr looked over the records and was shocked at how many corners they cut. (he did not say too much to keep it professional) After a few tests they found several pollups and a cyst. I am scheduled for IVF next month. Does any know if I could take action against the old clinic??? I spent lots of $$ and I had alot of emotional stress. I also do not want them to do this to anyone else. Anyone have any suggestions???
