My winters are also the hardest on me. Last year was unbearable. I had more problems with my back then i ever did.In the summer i have to watch the sun, because of the rash i get plus sun poision.This year my skin was really wierd. Besides the rash and the bumps my skin went really dry. I get so itchy and the skin just flakes off. My hands also has sores on them from
the dryness. I did my best to stay out of the sun as much as i could, but i’m a pet sitter and dog walker so some days i have no choice. I do wear a sun screen, but it didn’t work that great this year.
