What are the things you like best about summer, things or sounds that make you smile or make you happy?
For me it is walking along the beach with my dog, feeling the waves wash across my toes, and feeling the sun beating down of my face! I also like being able to hide behind my sunglasses and drinking margaritas!~
That sounds great Steve!!! Nothing is more fun that being outdoors or fantasizing about it!

going on vacation to the beach listening to the waves, sea gulls, just makes me forget all my worrys and troubles
planting flowers and also a garden and watching it grow knowing I will be able to eat my fruits and vegetables that I planted with my own 2 hands lol
Oh I forgot the fresh veggies in the summer. I did plant a garden this spring and the veggies are just starting to grow and it is so fun to watch them!!!
I love listening to the birds chirp too! One built a nest on my patio and I got to watch all the little babies every day till they just flew the coop!
Relaxing, swimming, just being OUTSIDE! Camping with my husband and daughter, having fun in the sun! Enjoying watermelon, cherries, cantelope, and fresh veggies, as well.
I spent most of last summer in the hospital with my husband.
I am enjoying just being home this summer.

I like to get up early just as the sun is rising and listening to all the birds.
I also like to sit outside with a beer with the grill fired up. This is a very relaxing moment.
I like taking the dog to the town sports field and let him run. It is fun to watch as he is so incredibly fast!
Your right Steve. I forgot about BBQ’s and the dogs. I love being able to take my dog out, and she loves going for walks, and they are always game to go anywhere that we can take them. Mine’s a little slow these days, she’s a bit of a gimp herself, but I don’t mind at all, she’s a happy, spirited gimp, that still manages to catch a slow rabbit or something if she’s really lucky on a summer day! Though the days of her catching something are far and few between nowadays, she loves to try! Ummmmmm…BBQ!!! You can take a girl out of Kentucky, but you can’t take the wanting that good Ky. BBQ out of her heart!

I LOVE THE SUMMER BECAUSE ERIC IS OFF FROM SCHOOL AND I GET HIM ALL TO MYSELF. THIS SUMMER WILL BE PARTICULARY GOOD BECAUSE WE HAVE MR DOODLES. HE CAN EXPIRENCE THE BEACH, FEELING GRASS ON HIS LITTLE TOESY.
I was born in Kentucky and raised partly there, and go back there to visit relatives alot. I also get my fix of BBQ when back there too! It sure is a sight prettier than So. Cal too, but there’s trade off’s!
The hot sun! Sun, sun and more sun, I love it!
For me it’s the Summer nights at about 78 degrees,low humidity and fragrant green leaves blowing kisses,as I sit outside on the balcony,and drink iced coffee with my Mom.
I love the sun, but it’s harder for me to take much of it with my migraine head. I like it when it likes me though.
