I love the smells of all the BBQs in the neighborhood in the summer
HERE IN NJ THEY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE FIREWORKS. BUT WE ALL GO TO RED BANK AND SIT BY THE WATER AND ENJOY. MUSIC ,FOOF, REALLY ALOT OF FUN

I just love when the weather turns warm enough to start cooking outside!
Another thing i like about summer in sitting outside in the backyard in the evening before a fire (one of those little firepits I have) in a lawnchair and just thinking and enjoying the night air!
that’s awesome;right now I do that on my balcony cause I’m in a condo.Some of my neighbors have grills so you can smell everything…(smiling)
One of my neighbors sets off small fire works on July 4th.However I don’t know how long it’ll be before someone complains, because it’s dangerous to do it too close to the buildings.
MY BEST FRIEND HAS THAT ALSO. I WAS AMAZED BY IT LOL. IT REALLY IS NICE. THEY HAVE HAMMOCKS ALL AROUND AND TO SIT BY A FIRE AT NIGHT IN THE SUMMER WAS WEIRD AT FIRST BUT IT ACTUALLY IS NICE.
OUt in this county where I live it’s still legal to set off fireworks if you get the safe and sane kind. It’s always fun to sit and watch the neighborhood kids light them off on the 4th!
Now, THAT is fun!
laying out in the sun on the beach watching your kids play in the ocean and then the breeze in the evening.
enjoying the evenings outdoors is one of my passions during the summer season , too bad it goes by so quickly.
I luv the mtns and the lakes around me!! The tempurature is pleasant whether its hot or cool. .. Even if I wear a sweatshirt .. its nicer than freezing in the winter.
Cookouts, fairs, socializing ,listening to the loons, driving around with no destination, camping , the sounds of the birds chirping, the sound of harley's riding by - its Bike Week where I live, and yaa .. of course its wonderful turning the heat off .. Finally.
Enjoying the wonderful outdoors and all that great SUNSHINE!
Swimming, baseball games, camping, picnics in the park, sitting around at night talking to the neighbors around a fire, playing with our daughter and her little friends, taking them to T-ball practice and watching their games, enjoying LIFE!

enjoying the sunshine and the long hrs of daylight is bliss to me! I hate the early darkness and I simply dread it in the fall time. :(
The simple pleasures of summertime are my favorite, cookouts, sitting under the willow tree, laying in the green grass and smelling the flowers, nature walks ~ finding unique thing's in the woods, swimming, water skiing, tubing, photograghy, picnics, late night drives with the sunroof and windows open, the karma people share in summer is much nicer than what they share in the middle of winter, thunderstorms after a hot day, relaxing in the hammock, reading a book by the lake, getting tanned
So soo many luvly moments are shared during the sunny months. I hope everyone's enjoying their summer and things are going well ~")

I love being able to go barefoot. I absolutely HATE shoes!!!
Lindy…so true, I always lost my appetite alot cause of the heat, especially if it gets really humid.
I do love that good, sweet ice tea in the summer though, and I can drink a gallon of it!
