I am thankful for my neighbor’s hammock. I just came in. It’s a cool night here with a nice breeze, so not too many mosquitos out. I just lay in the hammock, listening to some music, watching the leaves on the trees, falling asleep. It was an escape from the world and I could forget that I was just in the backyard. I could have slept there all night.
thankfull i dont require a drink a day even a moment at a time, and thankful i can write something or nothing??!!!

I AM THANKFUL FOR ALL MY FRIENDS WHO WE JUST COOKED A GREAT MEAL. I AM THANKFUL THAT I AM NOT PLAYING POKER CAUSE I WOULD PROBABLY LOOSE. I AM THANKFUL ALSO FOR MY FRIENDS LINDY ,MARK AND CHRISTINA. WE REALLY WISH YOU WERE HERE. THE KIDS (ADULTS U KNOW WE STILL CALL THEM KIDS ) ARE KICKING BUTT IN POKER LOL. MY EX-HUBBY IS LOOSING LOL. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. HE SAYS HE IS TAKING IT OUT OF MY ALIMONY CHECK. (I DON’T THINK SO LOL) LIFE IS WONDERFUL.
I am thankful that Keith Richards continues to breathe. I am thankful I have a good paying job, even though I hate the red haired girl that sits near me and she snorts alot. I am thankful that I live near the beach, cause I love to listen to the waves and they calm me. I am thankful my father in law lives with us and is comfortable and well fed, even though he turns the tv so loud it sounds like a 747 is coming in to land constantly. I am thankful that my butt still fits into my jeans even though I have put on alot of weight after my daughter died. I am thankful all my friends have stood by me in my depression this year at CP and look forward to making more friends!
I am thankful that even though my dog is blind,he still knows how to find my lap…

I am thankful for the wise counsel I get from my good friends here, the good cheer even when I feel rotten, the new friends I’ve made, The greater understanding I am learning as I learn patience, and most of all I am thankful for the people who loved me even when it was hard. You know who you are, I thank you from my toes to my nose.

DB…That’s fine, cause your baby being blind doesn’t stop em from loving ya just the same! My doggie is just about blind too from having seizures for so many years, if anything, it just makes the bond deeper!
So I am thankful that my doggie loves me, rooting around with her mole face or not!

I struggle with guilt sometimes that Sweetpea went blind;not by my doing,of course but for the things I should have done more often,wondering if and when I wasn’t patient…etc.I hope he knows how much I love him.
