Is this normal? I am finding conflicting info on the web. Some sites say 28-40 day cycles are okay, some say anything over 38 days indicates something is wrong. I was on birth control pills for 11 years and quit taking them in July 06. The doctors think I had an ovarian cyst burst in October 06. I have had 40 day cycles since getting of the pill except for a 30 day cycle following the cyst rupture. I get the symptoms of ovulation, my period, etc. then a week later it acutually happens. Has anybody heard of this or had this happen to them?
