Hello everyone,
I am a researcher at the University of Saskatchewan studying exercise
behaviours
among people with arthritis. I’m particularly interested in exercise habits
during a “bad day” of intense symptoms, sometimes described as a
"flare".
If you are interested in taking part, and you have any type of arthritis, have
experienced a bad day/flare and are active at least twice per week for at least
15 minutes at a time then please follow this link to the official recruitment
poster for more information. There is a draw for gift cards for those that
complete both surveys.

I would appreciate your contribution towards our efforts in helping people with
arthritis to lead healthier lives. My email address is contained in the link if you would like to contact me. I would be happy to answer questions!

I don’t seem to be able to get the hang of posting without the bottom of my post cutting off. I apologise. I have had a number of responses so far which is fantastic but I hope you will excuse me for bumping this topic as I am still seeking some more participants.

Thank you very much to those that have participated so far!
We
are very close to our recruitment goal and actually are looking at the
results to possibly present early findings at a conference or two.
If
you have not completed the survey and would like to, I would be very
grateful if you would. I appreciate those that have thus far as well.
Thank you!
James
