Girl, age 11 ½ M is an affectionate child who has cerebral palsy and has undergone surgery for a heart condition. (Prospective parents should discuss all diagnoses with a pediatric cardiologist). She loves to be outside, spending time with her friends or helping the caretakers with the younger children. M is a loving child and like all children, she deserves a home and family of her own. There is also a no –interest loan of $4500 available for expenses and you may be eligible for the $10,000 adoption federal tax credit.

Requirements: Her country prefers parents age 30 or older with no more than 3 children. Couples that are married at least 2 years and single women may apply. Please ask for an exception if you do not fit these requirements.
