Hi everyone;
I just wanted touch base with everyone and let everyone know the date is coming up to send the letters out. You can post your letters here if you would like to have us read them and comment on them. Thanks alot and hope all is well.
Hugs
Danelle
I am so ready to send another one on the 10th right!
Is there a way to mail too?
The website limits the amount of words you can use and I cannot find an address for the life of me. I know where her studio is but I was hoping to find a person to address it too.
I will look for a address as well. let you know if i find it or if i find anything…

Have any of you tried out Oprahs site, it is a nightmare, apparently being updated, revamped, I did manage to get a post on the message boards for abuse, physical, verbal, emotional, but have not been able to get any other posts in, or respond to a desperate woman on there that has lost custody of her children. keep getting sorry we are working on this problem. There are not many people posting at this board, surprised to see that unless it has to do with not being able to get through. The post I got in was about narcissistic abuse, should you leave or stay, I have tried to post more about abuse, but it never gets through. I was thinking that might be the best place to put the stories, because you get to post a topic using NPD, but I can’t get anything else to go through. I tried to private message this poor women pleading for help nothing goes through. You can send in your story but you are limited to so many words, on the message board, no limit. maybe try putting your story on that board. I hate when you spend so much time putting down your thoughts and it does not go through, her site has been so frustrating. When I go on Oprah.com I click on share your story, to get the list that says message boards to click on, then look for and click on relationships, then look for abuse, physical, verbal, emotional. check that out and see if you have as much trouble as I have trying to get anything posted, and let me know what you think? Can’t believe there are so few people on an abuse site. hugs mamolie
I just wrote Oprah by going to Oprah.com.I clicked on the oprah w show on the right then clicked on send emails to us .They recieved my email.I had to write my name and address, phone# and email address. It was easy!
problem with the send email, no subject title, and imagine the volume of emails they get, would be like hitting the lottery to get one read, not all the ones we send at one time would get attention. She is almost impossible to get to, and her site really limits contact. What about O magazine, is there an address to submit stories, maybe if we started to send stories to all revelant magazines, a collection of all our individual stories sent at one time. Cold weather and time indoors is just about here in Pa. if you would like to email me your stories, with or without your real name, personal notes about it, I will put together some information about NPD, and our stories and start submitting to magazines that might be interested in this. Anything is worth a try,if anyone is interested in that contact me. I am retired and have the time. I also think a lot of narcissistic abuse posts and some information about it on the abuse board if they get it up and running better, might also draw some attention and at the very least some women or men might find out the name of their pain and suffering. Anyone, who has any ideas post them. We need an updated definition for Domestic Violence , to stress emotional abuse and this disorder causes far more damage than anyone knows. Hugs mamolie
I have an idea… maybe we should all write our letters; then put them here. then if we find a place to send them then we let everyone know when we will place the letters before they are sent so everyone has a say where the letters go or if they do not want their sent. There are many other people we can send letters to as well. what do you all think?
cut and paste all the letters from here and send to Montel, dr. phil and who ever else we can think of. Lets brainstorm here…

It sounds like you’re talking about a way to build awareness to narcissism so that we can help others. This has been my mission the last couple years and I would really like to join you in your efforts!
If you’ve read my story you’ll see that I continually fall for narcissists. I’ve written a book about my story because I want to educate others on narcissism. My ex-husband joked from day one that he was a narcissist. Unfortunately, I never looked into the true meaning of narcissism until eight years into our relationship when I could no longer bear the confusion of my relationship with him.
When I finally researched narcissism and understood how it manifests itself in a relationship, it explained everything to me about my ex-husband. I realized, at that point, the only person I could change was myself. I have since set out on a journey to do just that.
My book is about my experience trying to love two narcissists. I wrote it to build awareness to narcissism as I believe it is an epidemic that is infecting more and more people in increasing numbers.
Below is a summary of my book:
“When He’s Only Into Himself…A Memoir & Guide to Understanding a Narcissist”
A memoir, in which the author recounts her experience of falling in love with two pathologically narcissistic men. Proposes the idea that our society has become increasingly narcissistic and offers warning signs so readers can avoid dating narcissistic men.
I have created a website and messageboard in conjunction with my book As you know, support is needed and coping strategies are essential. It is my hope that my book, website and messageboard will provide such support and build awareness to the growing problem of narcissism.
Below is a link to my website.

If you check out my blog, you’ll find one entry titled “New Book: Chronicles of Echo.” It is my hope to write a second book capturing stories from others, such as yourself, that I can tell to help build awareness to this growing problem of narcissism in our society. Please let me know how I can help in your efforts to build awareness.
If you’d like, I’d be happy to collect your letters/stories for submission in my next book. My first book has just been published and I am hoping will stir some interest from the media so that talk shows like Oprah or Dr. Phil will do a segment on narcissism. We really need to educate others!
Hi, I haven’t been in conversation for a while because I’m now going thru a divorce from my N. What bothers me is that my daughter in also an N and works in his office. Recently my N has been calling me on my cell phone then hanging up then 2 minutes later my daughter calls then hangs up. This has been happening about 3 times a day for about 2 weeks. They don’t leave voicemails. Whats up with that??? When I do answer my daughters cell call she rages at me and yells “Where have you’ve been?” “What are you doing”? I have a “No Contact” rule with my N. I don’t answer his calls. Today I did’nt get any calls from either one because last night my N left me finally a voicemail about another daughter (I have 3)that I had to respond to. All I got was Narcissistic rage and my N daughter text mean things to me. Today nothing. Does anyone know why? People need to know about this illness. When are we writing to Oprah? I’m fighting a spiritual warfare. We need to unite and fight together. Thanks, Newhope

This would be a good place to write or email, custody problems and torment from from NPD partners, to get the judges educated about this disorder. This Association makes recommendations for all judges across the country. They all need to be educated about this disorder and how it is damaging and harming the children caught up in it.
Recommend that the Judicial Branches take a primary responsibility for providing continuing legal education, the continuing judical education be required for all judges, and that state appropriations be sufficient to provide adequate funding for continuing education as recommended by the report of ABA.Commision on the 21st Century Judiciary
We can either Mail or email this association to get judges aware of how this dosorder plays out in their courtroom. We can also email on same day here, if anyone who has endured problems with an N, custody and the courts please add your stories to be mailed in or email them on a day selected. hugs mamolie
One of my best friends son is a N.He is only 18 and has been in counceling for the past 10 years. His last councelor said he was an N but because he smokes pot his mother[my friend] thinks he has a drug addiction. It’s easier to accept a drug problem which there is a cure than accept him having a mental illness with no cure. She has done everything possible to help this boy now I think she is just enabling him.My question is what do you do if the N in your life is your child? If it’s your man you can walk away but you can’t with your child. He has been in drug rehabs and either got kicked out or ran away,he is now once again living back at home.and causing all kinds of crazy behavor.Any ideas?P.S.I tried to delete this after I already sent this but it would’nt cancel.I wrote this on the wrong thread sorry.

Lis Wiehl is a legal annalist for fox news, she did a report on domestic violence a while back. You can search fox news for that article, her conclusion was,
In the fairy tale of beauty and the beast, the woman kisses the beast and he turns into a charming prince. In cases of domestic violence, the scenario is flipped upside down, the PRINCE she married is transformed into the BEAST she feared. We need to have tough laws to protect her. DOMESTICE ABUSE IS NOT JUST A "FAMILY MATTER", IT'S A NATIONAL EPIDEMIC. LETS MAKE A WOMAN'S HOME SAFE. IT IS A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH. She clearly has an interest in domestic violence.
She has a new book out, " The 51% Minority" how women still are not equal and what you can do about it. a bit about her new book
Women make up 51% of the American population, yet still aren't treated equally in areas that matter the most. LIS WIEHL, one of the country's top federal prosecutors, reveals the legal and social inequalities women must face in their daily lives-and provides a "tool box" for dealing with a variety of issues, from boardromm to COURTROOM, from pregnancy to contraception, from unequal pay to, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, WOMEN ARE MORE OFTEN THAN NOT HANDED THE SHORT END OF THE STICK.
A woman earns .73 cents for every dollar a man makes.
The law labels pregnancy a " disability"
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE REMAINS THE SINGLE BIGGEST THREAT TO INJURY TO WOMEN IN AMERICA
the federal government continues to increase funding for abstinence-only education, even though it is proven to put our daughters at greater risk for unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases.
Health insurance plans are more likely to cover viagra prescriptions than birth control pills.
What's worse, we're also weighed down by a myriad of troubling attitudes. The media bombard us with images of young, perfect bodied women; acid-tongued commentators label us, "feminazi" if we try to claim equal treatment; and the current chief justice in the supreme court has a history of opposing legislation and leagl attempts to strengthen women's rights and questions "whether encouraging homemakers to become lawyers contributes to the commen good" Why are powerful women viewed with consternation while powerful men instill respect? Why is it that for every ten men in an executive, decision making role in this country, there is only one woman in that same role? Why do our federal courts continue to be stacked with male judges even though women recieve more that half of all law degrees? And why shouldn't a woman be president?
Enough! Women are not equal in our society or under our laws and the remedy is quite simple: Besides being the majority of the population, we also control the economy, spending 80% of every discretionary dollar, and given that 54% of voters are female, we can swing an election. With our numbers we can do something about it. This is a critical moment, we can either take the road toward equality or allow oueselves to be driven further away from fair treatment. The 51% minority is a clarion call to silent majority to take a stand.....before it is to late.
I think we should send our stories to her care of Fox news, she might do a report and she is clearly interested in all the issues facing us today. We need emotional violence, and personality disorders to be taken more serious, included and understood under domestic violence and include men, women can be abusers also. what do you think about a post just for individual stories that could be printed out and sent to as many orginaziations, magazines , even Lundy Bancroft who has started programs and worked with abusive men. I have his address. Let's give this a try we have nothing to lose but some time and postage, we might get through to someone and bring attention attention to this disorder and domestic violence, start looking more closely at the real threat and problem, the abusers. hugs mamolie
