I have had this twice.

I am 54 years, diabetic, high blood pressure & heart disease.

Please share any resources to deal with pancreatitis.

If you have had two episodes, you might just have flare-ups of acute pancreatitis. If this is the case the two most important things you can do are: determine the cause of the flare-ups and get prompt medical attention during a flare-up.
