I have had PCOS since I was a child, and its only recently that I got the confermation.
I am wondering if other’s with PCOS also build muscle easly and find it next to impossible to get the excess weight off?
I’ve got about 50 pounds of extra weight to get off, before I hit my goal of 225 pounds (yes 225, because I already carry just over 200 pounds of muscle, bone, and organs and have a 38% body fat deal going on according to the bodpod i was put into last month).
