have you tried any type of assistive technology? I recently tried an eye gazer computer. It really works. I could type and play solitare just using my eyes.
oh wow, that sounds soooo fantastic! My brother used to use eye vision goggles to watch tv. He’s plug them into his dvd player and he could watch tv in any position he liked (he didn’t have to be sat up, so could even watch tv when he was ill). They’re called ezvision googles.
Also, he used to use a clicker switch and a touch pad so that he could use a mouse easier.

Have you tried voice recognition software. It’s quite good (not amazing though).
