Botox Therapy

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has had experience with botox therapy for their child? We have appoinment on Tuesday for a botox clinic, they may very well decide not to go ahead with it, but would like to hear from others?

Hi,
Just to update, they decided to put Botox in Violet’s right elbow, thumb adductors and finger extensors.

The next day we noticed already she was heaps looser in her elbow and hand, and we were told it peaks at 3 weeks, so looking good so far!

I would still like to hear from anyone else that has used this therapy.

Hi,
I’m 17 and I’m going to meet with someone to see if I need botox because of
my hand spasms and jerks. I’d like to keep in contact with people who’ve had
experience with botox.

We are looking into Botox Surgery from Shriners Hospital my grandson is 2 1/2 years and we were just told about Botox. Wondering how it works

Hi.
My name is Katie. I just had my first Botox injection 3 months ago, and it’s
still working thus far. What it does is that it paralyzes whichever muscle
that it’s put into. Sometimes it last 3 months sometimes it lasts a year. I
have had 2 actual shots but one Botox treatment in my calf muscle. It has
been working wonderfully for me. As with everything it comes with good and
bad benefits, but I’ve only seen the good. I have a wonderful physical
medicine doctor, who is very cool. I will be 30 in August, I’m 29 right now
and I am very happy with my experience with Botox so far.
