I currently have DLE and i’m 12 weeks pregnant, i am worried that it will develope into SLE, does any one know if this is possible? i also have fibromaylia and the rhuematoid factor what is different between rhuematoid fact and rhuematoid arthiritis, as my specialist is reluntant to tell me.

Why don’t you change your OB to a high risk OB? I don’t know your age. It seems as though your specialist doesn’t seem to know the answer. Your OB should call your Rheum.
What is VERY important is to know your blood type and that of the baby’s father. This is the area I would most be concerned about
