Blessings to you all! It is wonderful to discover this forum for people who share my personal challenge. I am a brand new member of this group, and like so many of you, am suffering from Lichen Sclerosis.
The allopathic medical model is so limited in general, and offers extremely limited help for those of us suffering from this condition.
I suspect that great wisdom has been shared here in the past about treatments and factors that help alleviate the symptoms of this painful and destructive “incurable” condition.
Is there someone among you that has the time and willingness to summarize treatments and other factors such as diet that you on this forum have discovered are truly effective? This summary might be useful for others as well…
