I’v realized something today. In order to change who i am and how i think about things i first need to change my internal dialogue. That means changing how i feel and think about myself. Instead of telling myself i am not worth being loved after what i have done i can tell myself i am worth the good things in life. I am worth being loved. We are all worth it to have good and positive thoughts about ourselves. In order to change my actions i must first change my internal thoughts. Change how i feel about myself before i can fully change who i am. How can i love others if i don’t love myself first? I can’t. So in changing how i think about myself i change how i feel about myself.And in turn change how i feel about others.
