Hi!

Primarily, I not only have RSD (diagnosed August 1999 by a Neuro
Specialist who memo’d by former doctor, but I was never told of this.
I continued to experience the pain and discomfort on & off for years.
Oct 06, and everyday since, I’ve been in severe chronic pain.

I continued to push for what’s wrong with me and found out that yes, on
top of the RSD, I also have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (again diagnosed
by the same doctor in August 1999, yet, recently confirmed with a
doctor a few months ago, with a special mri of the brachial plexus), oh
and I also have chronic asthma (had respritory failure, October 1998).

I am trying to get my health under control. I know my asthma can kill
me, not the RSD or the TOS.

I am to see an outside doctor at the end of this month to determine the
eligibility of the state disabiltiy.

I have some, not all of the medical records. I will inform the state
doctor the doctors that I am currently seeing (internest, neurologist,
and pulmonologist).

Thanks for your input.

Regards,

Marla

Yes you can get SSD, just do your RSD homework before applying for it, know everything about your RSD & let them know you know it as well, never send them your only copy of any paper work, always send a copy to them, keep files for yourself.
I did & i got the SSD the first time around.
Good luck, Faithly
