Coping with neuralgia

How does one cope with nueralgia that is chronically affecting my life? I am on mega doses of gabapentin, but the burning in my face is relentless.

Hi Suz I take gabapentin 3 times a day what is the MG mine is 300MG. What is neuralgia?
