How can you keep going sometimes with smiles when you actually hurt inside?
I ask myself that same question every day and it seems like its an on going situation for me but sometimes my meds help are you on any meds? are you seeking help?
THE JOURNAL IDEA IS GREAT.WHEN I AM SAD I ALSO DO A HAPPINESS JOURNAL AS WELL AS A VENTING ONE. AT LEAST WITH THE HAPPINESS JOURNAL, IT SORT OF SOOTHS THE HURT, EVEN FOR JUST A LITTLE BIT. WRITE WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY,PEOPLE , OR PLACES OR THINGS.I ALSO DO KICK BOXING. IT’S A GOOD WAY TO KEEP IN SHAPE WHILE GETTING YOUR ANGER OUT.
