Does anyone out their with achalasia get a very dry mouth? I have recently started to suffer with it and the docters are unsure.

I have had Alchasia for 5 yrs. I have had a Myotomy. I do not experience a dry mouth, nor do I recall experiencing a dry mouth before my Myotomy procedure. I have never taken any medication for my Alchasia symptoms.
Nortripyline often prescribed for (Achalasia) spasms can cause dry mounth, if you are on another medication, look into the side effects.
