Financial support

How can I get started getting my sister in law approved for disability funding?

Dear Concerned Sister in Law,

Unfortunately, as difficult as it is, she will have to much of the work herself. I have been dealing with it for 1 year and it will probably take another year to complete.

The first step though is to call your local SSD office and ask for an appointment date and time to set up the first paperwork part. They may do it over the phone or in person. They’ll tell her what to have. I had everything and more but it didn’t matter, I truly believe they don’t look at most of it because after I was denied the first time, the lady couldn’t tell me half the diseases I have.

After the first denial, which you should expect, get a SSD lawyer. They will really help take care of everything and they do not collect unless you eventually win. It is worth it.

Thank you so much for responding.
