Can he have regular black pepper and any kind of red meat
McCormick and Spice Island spices are gluten free. Meat is fine as long as it is not seasoned with soy sauce or prepared at the super market with seasonings and such that may contain gluten. Fresh and frozen vegetables, rice, potatoes, meat, salads are all fine. Fruit, eggs, almost anything that is not processed and not made from a box should be okay to feed him. Hellmans, Best Food and Smart Balance mayos are fine. Kraft will list anything that could have gluten right on the label. You must read labels very carefully and if in doubt call the manufacturer. It is a lot of work but will get easier in time.
