My husband suffers from giant hives, primarily during the summer. He has to take prednisone daily for another condition and thyroid as well. He’s had allergy tests and doesn’t appear to be sensitive to different allergens and food. He’s really miserable and we really need some help. They occur randomly on his feet, hands, back of the head, head itself, chin, wrist, rear end etc. The doctors in this area are pretty poor. Thanks for any help you can give.
Has he been tested for autoimmune hives? Considering that
he has a thyroid condition as well, I would strongly
suspect autoimmune CU. For more information, check out the
