I was just diagnosed with Sjogren’s last month. I have been experiencing severe migraine like headaches around the eyes and forehead - some make me vomit. They last for 24 hours predictably. I have read that this could be caused by Sjogren’s. Is anyone else experiencing these types of symptoms on top of the usual dryness issues? My rheumatologist has recommend starting Plaquenil. I am only 36. I have Hashimoto’s thyroidosis too… Anyone that can provide some support or answers would be fantastic.
