I have just been to the doc and I have high cholestrol. I am in my early 20s and my family has a histroy of heart disease. I am considered “normal” weight for my height so I don’t know about losing weight? I am already on a liquid/soft food diet so I am losing weight slowly… However, I was drinking choco shakes from fast food restaraunts (I have now cut them out completely) I watch my saturated fat intake and try to keep it as close to “0” as possible. I walk 30 mins 5x week. What else should I do?? Does anyone have any more tips they can share?
I have tryed fish oil pills and that seems to work to.
