genotype 1a~ starting 2nd try at Interferon & ribavirin treatment soon.
And I’m riverlassie doing 2nd treatment ,1a, on pegintron , numbers down to 50 with ONLY 10 more months to go (UGH !!).I’m determined to kick this things butt right out of the ballpark !!!
I’m Patricia Genotype 1a - Did 45 weeks of Peg/co-Peg in 2005/2006 - and it
worked. I am still recovering.

Hi everybody its schoolbusmom, I started my treatment of pegasus and ribaviron last thursday. I’m genotype 1a. Viral load 155,000 cirrhosis stage 4 grade 3. I experienced mild flu like symptoms when I got my first shot. Since then I have experienced dry mouth, sweating, taste change, chills, loss of appitite. I have 47 more to go and 240 pills to go…
Just take it one week at a time dear heart and forge on.
