how tall can a person with Dwarfism be

I read on the LPAA website that a dwarf can be no taller than 4’10", If you want to read about it further have a look at the site.
Me, myself…I’m 4’4" and my Australian Short Stature members feel I’m a bit tall! But they are mostly parents of little children, I am currently one of two short adults that attend.
