How to find good doctor? Genetic testing labs?

Hi

My uncle just died of MEN1 without knowing he had it (autopsy). Mom probably has it based on symptoms and based on what I have read I probably do to. I’d like to know know a few things…

  1. Where can you get genetic testing and hopefully keep it out of your medical record? (having had breast cancer the last think I want is this as a diagnosis in my medical record with an impending change in jobs)
  2. Is there a list anywhere of the USA centers that are best at treating this or a list of doctors who are considered the experts in the USA?

Thanks
Carolyn
