Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to lose 29lbs by July 12th. That’s when I go on vacation and I really want to look good for it.

Not and be healthy. Most experts don’t suggest you lose more than a lb. or
two a week. Be realistic. This isn’t about just looking good for your vacation
but embarking on a new, healthier lifestyle where you can lose and maintain a
healthy weight.

Yes I know that but my vacation is a way to get me to be motivated and stay on track. I’ve been trying to lose weight pretty much all my life. I suffered from a eating disorder for 3 years. Nothing seems to work and i’m stressed out.
Yes, use your vacation as motivation, but don’t expect such a huge loss. Aim
for 1-2 lbs. a week. It is amazing how much better you will look if you lost
5-10 lbs. by vacation time.
