I can, but for only 15 mins at a time and then it becomes very sore and uncomfortable. If Im in a position where I was forced to sit for a long period of time…I will pay for it ( with pain ) later! I don’t know anyone who has this??? I miss all the things which I can no longer do…like going to the movies…restaurants…car trips…etc…Life IS sitting!
Does anyone have any similar symptoms…
I have spinal stinosis and a bit of herniation ( which has more or less healed ) My buttocks and the back of my thighs are often burning also.
yes, I have to carry a memory foam pillow with me throughout the house
and if i do go out, as to get hair colored, etc. i have to take it
along. i could not more sit on a church bench, restaurant chair, go to
grocery store (due to numbness) than i could fly. it is impossible to
do normal things now so i just stay home except for dr app’ts, hair,
just “have to” things. i have turned into a hermit and a prisoner due
to this spinal stenosis and other things but the numbness and pain are
the worse. cannot stand for any length of time without going numb and
cannot sit without the memory foam pillow. try it maureen.
