i have had panic attacks for over 20 yrs. i have only taken xanax for treatment. is there a different medicine that i can take?

Hi,

Yeah, there’s several available, mainly within the same class as Xanax (benzodiazepines). I’m not sure how the medical system works there in the US though… do you have a local doctor you could discuss medication with?

Try to get to the root of your problem. For me SAD happens as a result of Candida. Once I fix Candida, SA will go away.

Hello I currently take Klonopin that helps somewhat…most there are other medications available…

I recently tried ativan which is also a benzo and it worked very well.I tend to freak out when in a room taking a test and I took a half a pill the night before and another half before the test and I really was relaxed which was great. The effects
wore off in about four hours for me.
