I was recently diagnosed with vulvodynia and my doctor gave me Triamcinolone nightly for 6 weeks, then 3x a week. She also gaveme a rx for Lidocaine gel. Can you tell me exactly where this gel goes? I’ve used it twice and it doesn’t help so I think I must be applying it incorrectly. The pain feels as if it’s up inside me but if it’s vulvar, it’s not that far up. Help!
