Does anyone have any experience of getting life insurance once diagnosed with Wegeners. I am looking to get some life insurance as both endowment policies taken out years ago are about to end.

I have been turned down by a few with my company as I
am not in remission yet. None of them have been
willing ot say anything more about at what stage they
would be willing to write a policy.

the only way that i have been able to get the insurance is to work for a company like Wal-mart or my current job. My current job is for a lab and the insurance is great. I hope the best of luck for you in finding some insurance. I know even being in remission it is expensive. i am in remission and i still see a doctor at least every 4 months. and the blood work is a lot. I do not know how people who do not have insurance can aford to go to all the doctor appointments and do all the blood work that needs to be done. i even had my nose done because my doctor said it way imparing my breathing. I had saddle nose. my insurance coved it all but my doctor visits.
if there is anything i can help with let me know.
