Hi, I am from Nepal, 36 years old, contracted polio at the age of 2. My right leg was most affected and has atrophy. I get pain on right ankle and right side of hip in winter. With proper warm clothes it’s ok, I am not using any assistive devices. Is it symptom of PPS? How should I cope with it? How should adjust my life style so that it doesn’t get worst? Any suggestions, advices are valuable for me, as there is no doctors know about it in Nepal. Thanks a lot.
