I’ve done a great deal of research on things that you can do to ease anxiety. Does anyone else have any things they’ve actually tried that worked? The only thing that has worked for me is cutting caffeine and those instant sugar snacks like Little Debbie’s and donuts. They seem to aggravate my anxiety. Would love to hear some ideas.
Hi I was just told that running cold water on your wrists helps. I was on the road and started to have a panic attack i didn’t have cold water but i had a cup of ice so i put it on my wrists and it did help. Try this and let me know if it helps you too.
