Has any one had experience with a surgeon in Dallas Texas?
Hi, I was diagnosed with achalasia July 2003 and since it is such rare disease you want to go to only the best. I was so incredibly blessed to be living in Texas at the time so I was able to get hooked up with the leading surgery in the country who treats achalasia patients. His name is Dr. Matthew Westmoreland and he is affilliated with Baylor Hospital there in Dallas. I am sorry that I don't have his number with me but I am sure you can google him and find his office which is very close to Baylor Medical Cener. Best wishes for you in getting the help you need. Dr. Moreland in my opinion is an excellent at what he does and since this is such a rare disease you only want the best working on you righ? HOpe this is some kind of help to you.
