Has anyone tried Jill Harrington’s Lupus Recovery Diet and found it to work or otherwise? (All the details are on her website)
I haven’t read the book either, but I find somethings I can eat…and then other times it doesn’t sit well with me. It could be the preservatives.
If you like sardines in the can w/oil…I find that great!
Sulphites in alcohol are a "no no " to me. (Wine) I always look on a bottle first because there are wines with NO sulphites.
Fish seems to always be good.
They used to state that veggies grown underground are not the best…but my body doesn’t work that way for me.
