My Doctor is trying to find an anxity med that will help, I have been on 3 different types does anyone have any suggestions?

Seriously…it takes a few trys before I found the right med. Paxil worked for me, but I had been on at least 4 or 5 others before then.

Everyones body reacts differently to meds, what works for one person may not work for another.

Just hang in there. Also…some meds take weeks before they level out & start working. You gotta hang in there. If they make you feel worse of course don’t use it. Zoloft sent to me He__, the opposite of heaven.

i take clonzapan. it seems to work for me but there are a multitude of anti-anxiety drugs out there. ive heard alot of good things about lexapro lately. ultimately your doctor will discuss the options with you. good luck.

Hi Hope, different meds work for different peopleand different doses. I have tried so many different meds, but the one that worked the best for me was or is zoloft 100mg and klonopin .5mg as needed. Good luck in your search for what works for you! Hope ou find some relief, and soon:)

  Klonopin has almost always worked well but going to add lexapro.

THEY HAVE ME ON LEXAPRO AND LORAZEPAM BGUT I JUST STARTED THEM AND STILL MAY NEED TO AJUST THEM

I’ve been using Xanax for anxiety and panic attacks for many, many years.  I find it helps and doesn’t take long to start working.
