Hello, I am the proud mother of a 19 year old young man with Menke’s Kinky Hair. He is the joy of my life. He has shown me how to love unconditionally. He has never given up even when others have and for this I am greatful.
I am trying to find some information about Menke’s and patients with diarrhea. I am finding it difficult, as you can imagine, to discover if Julian’s persistant diarrhea (6 weeks) is a natural progression of Menkes or if we are missing something. He has had stool samples tested with everything being negative also blood work show nothing. They are now testing for Celiac but because he is on a gluten free feeding it to will be negative. Any suggestions would be gladly received.
