my wife has a mole on her tear duct of her right eye. she has had it there as long as she can remember and she is 43 years old. she got glasses for the first time in her life last week and the eye doctor said she should have it looked at. should my wife and i be worried about this? she has set up an appointment to get it looked at. since she has had it her whole life, and it hasn’t ever grown or bled, should we even be worried about this?

Go get it check out. If it smaller than a pencil eraser is most likely alright. If you can fold it in two and the edges would line up just the same it is alright. Does it look gray in it if not then it is alright. What I would do would be have it removed it does not hurt much and then you never have to do this worry about that ever again.

Hi Samuel

Probably not to worry - but get it checked out

My own feeling is - if in doubt, take it out - and then there is no risk at
all

Love and healing

Hi. I would definately ditto the advice about having it checked out by your doctor, but don’t don’t worry too much yet. It sounds reassuring that it hasn’t changed color, shape or size recently. Good luck.
