Has anyone tried natural meds that work well? I am looking to find one that can be taken daily. Any ideas?
I personally haven’t found any natural remedies… I do stay away from caffiene and eat low carb so I stay away from sweets and bread and any other white carbs… that seems to have helped somewhat…

Things that work for me.

running hard under hot sun for about 15/20 mins.

self massaging with lots of sesame/coconut oil & keeping it for 30mins to an hour

Learn Pranayama (yogic breathing)
Of these I use the running thing if really have to keep it under control.
other then these I have read about using supplements & eating lots of sea food along with coconut oils etc.
From an alternative standpoint, Anxiety (SAD etc) happen because there is too much of Air element in the body. Oils are heavy so they reduce the Air element.
