Hello I’m Spinnaker. I am trying to learn my way around this rather complicated website.
I am 48, was dxed with menieres a year and 3 months ago.
I am on a diuretic and most of the John of Ohio’s regimen.
I am a member of menieres.org.
I still work ten hours a day, five hours volunteer usher at church, and work out once or twice a week.
Waiting for this malady to get either better or worse.
