Hi everyone,
Just joined and am looking for some info. My name is Jenny, my son is about to turn 7 and has had a dx of Mild ASD since he was 2. Things have improved but still needing alot of work. For some time I have felt he fits the criteria for ODD but for the fact that he is not giving defiance at school to the teachers. He is starting to act up around his friends at school and also around adults that visit etc.
My question is, can the symptoms show up over time and can these kids see school as one setting and home as another? Is it possible as school becomes more difficult that this could trigger the behaviours there.
Any info would be great.
