Over doing it

So what do you all feel like when you do too much? Tonight is one of those nights for me as the last two days have done too much even though i really do not think was much at all seems it does not take much to knock me flat.
I was down flat from end of Dec through April May I started to beable to be up a little and June a little more but phew!!! My body and mind feel physicaly and emotionaly drained. how long does this keep going like this anyone have good things they do to get stronger?
