Has anyone ever had a widespread skin sensation that feels like a sunburn, but isn’t, and is painful to touch?
Occasionally when I have been sick my skin hurts like that.

I have it rarely on my arms. It does seem to come
with another illness present. It has been a long time
and it was pretty limited to my arms but, yes, I have
felt it. It was real icky. What was really
frustrating is I had no idea what it was, where it
came from, or what to do about it.

I have days that even having my clothes on burns…Or even touching my head hurts…Is that kinda what you are talking about? Its been this way for me for yrs…

That cold burning feeling could be a med side effect, or neuropathy of some type

I think I missed part of this conversation. Are you guys talking about skin
pain? Do you take any meds that might be causing it? When I have the flu, my
skin hurts. So far I am the only person I know that’s skin hurts when they
are sick.
