I contracted hiv about 9 months ago. I have a stong taste of pepper on my tongue and my lips burn sensation from the inside. Is this possible a symptom of hiv? I also suffer from a pounding heart, depression, and trouble sleepiing. All this happened after becomming positive. Others have said (including my doctor) that there is no link between these symptons and hiv especially so soon but it seems linked to me. Could it be? I,m being treated for anxiety and depression (no hiv meds yet)
