Hi everybody hope you are all having pain free night and get to sleep peacefully!
I’ve been in touch with Pippy 440 as her daughter is in the hospital almost since one and a half month with the pain. Mother of the patient asked me to call her some time to talk. We tried calling each other but every time something was going on with her. Two days ago she said, they are shifting her daughter who is suffering with CP to Northern California Hospital and she’ll talk to me later. Yesterday I called her but her daughter just came out of the procedure ERCP and she was with her and couldn’t talk. Today I called she was just leaving the hospital saying good bye to her daughter but she said she’ll call me on the way home.
She told me what’s going on with her daughter. They did the ERCP test and they said the doctor they are seeing now is a specialist and they couldn’t find anything in the test. They put a stent and said it is idiopathic Chronic Pancreatitis. Well we all know how it goes and makes lives miserable. Now they are sending her to another hospital for pain management. She is just a baby, well for me, 16 yrs old not adult like us yet and going through excruciating pain, procedures, hospitalizations, getting strong pain medication to get her pain under control and getting anxiety which is a side effect of pain medication. It must be so hard for her not able to have normal life like everyone and always living with pain.
The Pediatric Specialists are trying to help her to get better or at least manage the pain so that she can move on with her life.
Her mother has to go and stay with Ron McDonald’s house until they find right pain medication for her. If they find good pain medication which controls her pain and maybe she’ll be able to go to school or finish high school, then go to college like her friends and her sister who just graduated.
Right now their family needs lot of support and encouragement from all of us as much as possible especially the mother and the girl who is suffering with excruciating pain.
Mother doesn’t have time to send messages explaining everything. She is running around a lot, going to job, to the hospital, to be there whenever she has procedures, lot of pain and dealing with her own Chronic back pain etc.
Come on everybody let’s give them as much support, love and encouragement as possible right now that they need now. Pour your love, care for both of them, moral support prayers etc.
We can do it and help them to go through this tough time being with them with our love and support because we all know what it is like to be in that situation.
Hope you all have nice weekend without pain and able to enjoy with family, friends as the kids are out of school need to make plans for them to have fun. I wish all of you to have less pain and more good days so that parents can have fun with their kids, grand parents with their grand kids etc.
