I have been told that I may possibly have this condition by my hemotologist. My platelets have been up for 7 known years, and until now, my white blood count is around 2300, and my red blood count is up as well. Do I have it and what are the cures for this?

If you did have PRV or polycytheamia you would have treatment based on what was appropriate for you. That may include venesections (blood removal), tablets etc. The frequency of your venes will also depend on yer blood levels (sorry, don’t know all the technical stuff).
I have vene’s approx every 3/4 months and take aspirin every day.
