my husband thinks that ppd is mental illness & that i can talk my way out of it how many of you have dealt w/ppd w/ or w/out meds i would like to know how coommon it is to do it w/out meds my daughter is 9mnths & i have a severe case of ppd
Hi I have had mild PPD but I am a firm believer in medication and talk therapy for it. It is not a phase but a chemicle imbalance in the brain.
